Return policy

Returnable Articles

Items that can be returned / refunded or redeemed within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

1. Defective items damaged / broken or soiled on arrival.

2. Items received with incorrect size / color.

Items that can be returned / refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

1. The articles did not meet your expectations.

2. Items are unwashed, unworn, unused, with labels and unmodified.

Note: In this situation, we will not be responsible for the return charges.

Conditions of Return:

For items without quality problems, please ensure returned items are unused and in their original packaging. All referral requests must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped to our return address. Our team will not be able to process returned items without a product return form.

Before making a Referral Request

If you wish to cancel your order while it is being shipped for any reason, you must wait to receive the package in hand before making a request for return. Because cross-border transportation involves complicated procedures, national and international customs clearance as well as local and international carriers and transport agencies.

If you refuse to receive the parcel on delivery or do not pick up your parcel at your local collection point, our customer service department will not be able to judge the situation of the parcel and we will not be able to process your return requests.

If the package is returned to our warehouse for a personal reason of the customer (incorrect address / no recipient, the customer refuses to accept the package / pays the taxes), we will contact you to make you refund the return postage (by PayPal ) and organize the reshipping. However, please understand that no refund will be issued in this situation.
