Virtually our products can be shipped to all countries around the world except for those products with restrictions or impossible to be shipped to certain destinations. If your order is impossible to be shipped, we will contact you.

Please enter your address in English which can make it easier for the shipping company to read and handle your parcel.

Overview Our Refund and Return Policy.
When you have received your order You have 20 days to report any problem to request a refund or exchange. If 20 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

For a quick refund or exchange you must take pictures and video of the damaged or defective product to report the problem. Send them to us, we will respond in time.

Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and our prices do not include any customs duties. If the package is checked by customs. You must pay taxes to clear customs. We will not be responsible if your package is detained by customs in your country. Return costs will be borne by the customer in the event of refusal of customs clearance.
