We ship to virtually all countries. some restrictions apply to some products and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.

Costs
Shipping costs for our products vary depending on the type, location, shipping method and warehouse you select. You can view shipping costs on each product page and during checkout.

Shipping charges shown at checkout represent actual rates to most countries. In some cases, shipping rates may be higher than what we have shown on this website. In such cases, we will notify you of any additional charges and await your confirmation before processing your order or transaction.

Shipping Availability Date
The total delivery time is the sum of the supply time and the shipping time.
Lead time = the time from when you place an order to when we ship it (shown in the product page, after the product name, it’s 3-5 days);
Dispatch Time = the time from when your order has been dispatched to being delivered (depends on the shipping method, approximately 18-28 business days).

Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned herein, or otherwise quoted or communicated in any form or manner, are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the following paragraph, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery (for any cause or reason whatsoever, whether or not within our control).

If a product is not released for delivery to you within 40 calendar days from the date your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or stated delivery date , whichever is later, then either party may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which case our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to the delay or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, will only be a refund (without interest) of any payment you may have already made for such order or transaction.

Insurance
As between you and us, all risk of loss and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process is our sole and exclusive responsibility. Accordingly, you are insured for all shipments against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. -Refund and return

Your order has defects or damage, during transport you can request an exchange or a refund

If the transport has delivered a defective package to you, you must report it and file a complaint with this transport agency and send us the receipt of your complaint so that we can contact the carrier.

-Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After Delivery If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we cannot offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to open your package in front of the agent of the carrier that delivered to you to report any problems

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery no longer refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
