Shipping & Handling

Virtually our products can be shipped to all countries around the world except for those products with restrictions or impossible to be shipped to certain destinations. If your order is impossible to be shipped, we will contact you.

Please enter your address in English which can make it easier for the shipping company to read and handle your parcel.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost on our products vary with the type, location, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping cost on the description page for each product and in the checkout step.
1.Make sure to select the right country of destination in the “Country/Region” field in the middle section of each page;
2.Choose a shipping method;
3.An estimate of the shipping cost will be shown on the page.

The shipping cost shown at checkout represent the current shipping rate for most countries. In some cases, the actual shipping cost may be higher than what is shown on our website. In such cases you will be informed of any additional charges and your confirmation will be required before we proceed with processing of your order or transaction.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time is the sum of the lead time and the shipping time.
Lead time = the period betwen your ordder and shipment of the ordered products. (It usually lasts for 3-7 working days.);
Shipping time = the period between shipment and delivery of your order. (It usually requires about 18-35 business days dependant on the shipping method.).


But please note that any delivery time or date, time or periods mentioned herein, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may be out of our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may result in a delay of the delivery. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late delivery or non-delivery caused by such objective factors (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control).


If any product fails to arrive at you within (49 business days) from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then you may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event we will be solely and exclusively liable, and in respect of the late delivery or non-delivery and the resulted rejection, cancellation or termination of the order, you are entitled to the sole and exlusive remedy in the form of refund (interest-free) to the extent of any payment you have already made for such order or transaction.

-Refund and return

Your order has defects or damage, during transport, you can request an exchange or a refund

If the carrier has delivered a defective package to you, you must report it and file a complaint with this transport agency and send us the receipt of your complaint so that we can contact the carrier.

* Make sure
Open the parcel to check that the parcel is not damaged before Signing, open the parcel in the presence of the delivery personnel, if the parcel is damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the Carrier for official documents, in particular the form to file a complaint and report any problem to the Carrier. take pictures/videos, to send to us we will reply you in time.

-Our refund and return policy is valid for 20 days. After Delivery If 20 days have passed since your package was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to open your package in front of the agent of the carrier that delivered to you to report any problems

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery is no longer refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

As between you and us, all risk of loss and damage to your purchased goods during the transportation process is our sole and exclusive responsibility. Accordingly, you are insured for all shipments against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us if your order has any issues;

All items are carefully packaged and addressed for export. Deliveries generally include standard single-use export packaging. (If, exceptionally, we bear the costs of packaging,

*Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and our prices do not include any customs duties. If the package is strictly checked by customs. You still have to pay taxes to clear customs. We will not be responsible for the tariffs. The return costs will be borne by the customer in the event of refusal of customs clearance.
